    Vodacom DRC officially launched in 2002 and is the largest mobile operator with over 38.9% market share in terms of mobile subscribers. We provide voice, messaging, data and coverage services to about 8.5 million active customers. We have steadily increased the number of our customer base by 46% over the past three years. Vodacom DRC is a leading telecommunication mobile company in DRC providing Voice, Data, Messaging and M-commerce and Money transfer solutions. With 2G, 3G and the Internet access coverage, Vodacom has made it possible to connect people from the deepest remote locations to the upmarket suburbs in DRC. Vodacom DRC is a subsidiary of Vodacom South Africa.

    Vodacom DRC is a Congolese company that started its operation in DRC in May 2002 and its main objective is to offer a high quality, reliable mobile network and through new communication technology bring everything that's good for DRC. Our vision is to cater to all Congolese people access to the best mobile telecommunications network, the best money value and the best services to enable them to communicate and interact with different people around the world. To this extent, throughout the 14 years of our operations in the DRC, we have invested more than $1 billion in infrastructure, thus enabling us to provide better services to a wider range of the population.
